Or arrive early for an aerobics class or a work-out in our health and fitness area. Escape to the Cottage for an afternoon digital photography class or a game of bridge. In the evening life continues as our Grand Ballroom is available parties, movie night or theater club.

 

Continues Learning

It’s never too late to learn a new skill or research and explore the things that interest you in life. Continues learning is something that never stops for most people. Studies have indicated that keeping your mind sharp and learning new skills is a healthy part of retirement life. Davidson College is located just a few miles away and offers a variety of programs for Active Adults seeking to further their education or sit through classes. We also have a number of great Community Colleges nearby. Continues learning is also part of our facilitated lifestyle at Bailey’s Glen.  Yes, this resort style active adult retirement  community has it all!

 

 Our Lifestyle Director

To help facilitate your new active lifestyle, our full time Director will be available to orchestrate the fun at Bailey’s Glen. Our residents define the social clubs they would like to pursue. Our Lifestyle Director organizes schedules and brings enrichment to the passions and desires of our residents. From arts & crafts, kayaking to pickle ball, no matter what your interests there is a social club for you at Baileys Glen. If there isn’t, our Lifestyle Director will help you start one.
