Walking Trails

Bailey's Glen has more than four miles of walking trails. Our path is a combination of paths and sidewalks.

The community features sidewalks on both sides of the street throughout the community.

One of our paths will take you to the adjacent Bailey's Park, which is open to the public. Here you will find additional walking trails as well as tennis, frisbee golf, basketball, softball and soccer.

Bailey's Glen Active Retirement Community is located a few short miles from the villages of Davidson and Cornelius. Each of these towns makes a wonderful walking destination. Once there, you can enjoy coffee, lunch or dinner in many of the quaint cafes and restaurants.

Bailey's Glen is also very close to several parks in the Lake Norman area.

Jetton Park is highly regarded as one of the best parks in the region. You can enjoy miles of walking trails which take you through the woods and along the shore of Lake Norman.

In addition, Jetton Park offers activities such as tennis and basketball and has a large outdoor pavilion.
