Bailey's Glen is an age-restricted 55 and better active adult resort-style retirement community. We are best described as a "boutique community." We are not overwhelming in size with 468 homes, so you will be in a community in which you can really get to know other residents.

We offer all of the lifestyle features and amenities that you would expect from a first-class active adult retirement  community. However, our builder is a smaller company that understands the needs of the active adult buyer.

Our most unique selling feature is our desire to work with buyers to accommodate their needs during the home construction process. While most builders will typically say "NO" to most requests, Bailey's Glen will attempt to work with you on your requests.
